What is the best sport in the world?

Okay i've got the worst sport in the world, but people what is the best sport in the world and why?

It could be becoz its interesting or its simple or its skilful. You tell me why you think its the best?

In my opinion i think the best sport is basketball even though i like cricket so much i think basketball is becoz. Its fast, it has lots of stats, its entertaining and interesting, its fun to watch and play, it has tricks, anyone can play, and yeh.
Many ppl have said Soccer, i think its a great game to play, but only when they score goals its fun, i hate seeing games ending up 0 - 0 thats so annoying, and plus i hated when that italy guy purposely fell over when they beat us 1 - 0, we were going so good and than we were robbed. The Aussies would of won.
i dont reckon hockey or lacrosse are good sports, when i try to watch them, theres just no atmosphere, lacrosse is okay but normal hockey, bloody hell thats boring its like soccer but with a stick, if i compared soccer to hockey id say soccer.
Rugby is okay but theres not much scoring i reckon, its a repition game, one side is trying to get to the other side. And rugby doesnt have much skill to be honest.

I say Football in the U.S.A.

what I do is do the drills in better basketball better dribbling
then do mike Conley drills(type in Google keep ball on string)
then practice all the dribbling moves up and down the court
then practice dribbling moves by driving to the basket
also do agility drills while dibbling

If you have any other drills please add

also I’ve began to dribble a tennis ball
this workout is about 2 hours or 2 hours and 30Min’s if I’m doing Agilityy

last time i checked…this was a football section..

Good Guard drills for High School Basketball?

I assistant coach our high school basketball team and every day I get the guards…even though I have never been a guard. So I am limited in what I know. Obviously dribbling drills and passing drills. We do a box out drill…shooting drills, and a drill for diving on loose balls. Other than that I”m out. Help

guards can do stutter steps, crossovers, spin moves. practice fastbreaks.

he is just begining ball he could shoot and all but he wants to go for the traveling team

Tell him to practice dribbling and shooting and the basics of defense and offense.Scrimmage him it will help in the long run trust me!

I’ve posted a rope-jumping vid as part of Live This Summer Or Die This Summer a few months ago. My man Wes put me on to using the rope back in college for quickness, and dammit, he was right.

This one shows my basic structure without the aid of a stopwatch: I go by number of jumps (50 or 100, 150, 200, etc.), and a set numer of sets (anywhere from 5-20, depending). Jumping rope has helped with my quickness, jumping, speed, “bounciness” and explosiveness (I feel really “springy,” as Wes said one day, when I’m consistently using the rope). Any athletic player (or player who wants to be athletic) needs to be using the jumprope in some way in their workouts.
