Does dribbling with a flatter basketball make your dribbling skills better?

I know practice will, but is it better to do dribbling drills with a ball thats flat and bearable

no no if anything it will ruin your dribbling. 1st off, because once your in a real game and playing with a real ball, your not going to be used to the bounce height. Your better off dribling with a medicine ball, that will help you with a STRONG crossover, and it will build up articular muscles in your arms, so try the medicine ball out, it worked for me

You want to practice with the same inflation that you will use in the real game inasmuch as the ball reacts differently at different ‘hard-nesses’.

use the balls you would use normally in game, it would help you dribble with… the things your suppost to be dribbling with. if you dribble with a flat ball, you would be pushing harder, so if you do that with a normal inflated ball your dribble will be a big higher and harder to control.
