what I do is do the drills in better basketball better dribbling
then do mike Conley drills(type in Google keep ball on string)
then practice all the dribbling moves up and down the court
then practice dribbling moves by driving to the basket
also do agility drills while dibbling
If you have any other drills please add
also I’ve began to dribble a tennis ball
this workout is about 2 hours or 2 hours and 30Min’s if I’m doing Agilityy

i think this is a good dribbling drill. crossover a chair, try to make it as low and fast as possible. then explode foward. do it multiple times and you will get better.
