Is there a website with a basketball practice program? Not just a list of drills, but a real program. Ya know, something like, do 3 min of this and 2 min of that and so on? Oh, and it has to be free.
Not that I know of. Most coaches have their own schedule. Mine is generally made out in advance and posted 30 minutes prior to practice. Of course our kids know that it is subject to change based on their performance.
