I'm Trying out for Basketball team and i need to know what drills the do, i need to know the main drills performed in high school practices and how to do them. so if you know a website or where i can download a video which can help me learn all drills in basketball practices that would help.
every coach coaches differently and does different drills for the try out. they mostly do suisides where you run back and forth farther and farther and just different drills on shooting and dribbling. basically, you need to be fit for all the running.
Here's some tips from a coach…

first pf all, you need ti be in shape just to survive in practice…in my hs team we practiced without a ball for the first 3 weeks…make sure you can handle the ball keep your head up and based in your position outwork anybody and everybody else

alot of running…suicides, baseline to baseline
dribbling…basically suicides with the ball in either hands
Shooting on the run
lots of scrimmages to see if you can play team ball
weaving … outlet passes… alot of stufff
it usually lasts for like 3 days so the coach can see where you are consistently
