Well there are a number of drills to practice. You can trust me i practice basketball three-four hours a day! One of them that i have had succes with is free throws.I shoot around 100 a sitting. I shoot 82 and keep track. This is fun cause you can pretened to be an NBA team, and if you end up making 45/82 or 45-37 you make the playoffs. Then try to sink four shots before you miss three to win the round and see if you can win it all.Another (shooting) drill that is handy is this lay-up drill. We all know that strong ballers can use both hands. so if you are right handed dribble with your left on up to the left side of the rim. When you approach the rim grasp the ball with both hands. When you go to shot use only your left hand and push the ball off the backboard and into the rim. This drill is great b/c this alternative is great when in game situations! If you are a tall man try to practice post moves liek hook schots, shy hooks and power lay-ups. Also Fakes will help when trying to nab an open shot. Practice working out and if you are pretty serious about ball practice for three hours at one time. Hope this helped

Granny shots from behind the backboard… you never know when that's gonna come up in a game.

Free throws, Free throws (about 100 every session) hopfully when you are tired. Try working on your dribbling with both hands. A Left handed dribbler has a huge advantage.
