I want a deadly midrange game. Any drills?
Make sure that you do arm stretches first..cause it will be tiring to shoot the ball continuously…. must know where the basket is because you will always be moving around… I would suggest you pick a spot on the court and shoot continuously so that you can figure out the stroke that is most comfortable and figure out how you’re going to shoot the ball. i suggest you set a goal like 20 in a row using the comfortable stroke. pick different spots afterwards. then you should get a friend to help you pass the ball to you. You will have to be ready and run. Therefore, you would know what spot works for you. Your friend could pass the ball anywhere. You will have to chase the ball down and be ready to pull up.
i’m the Capt of my team… i always make them run those drills.

don’t do drills, just practice. Take like 100 shots or more every day
