This is a great drill if you haven’t played the game in a while. It is amazing how fast your “touch” goes once you stop playing for a little bit. Start close to the rim and focus on making a certain number (he used 5 makes). Notice that he is only using one hand. He is focused on his form. Making sure that his feet are square, his elbow is in, and his follow through is consistent.
This drill is more difficult than it looks. When you haven’t played in a while it takes some time to get the muscle memory to kick in. Stay patient. As you make more shots you can back up further and further from the rim.
