Basketball related gym workouts?

hello i am 14 years old and 6 ft 0 in and i had a few questions about basketball and i didn’t know a better place to go. well i wanted to start going to the gym and working out to get ready for basketball. i was wondering if u had any suggestions on basketball related workouts i could do in the gym. i know that in basketball u lift for strength not mass. and i was also wondering if weightlifting would altar my jumpshot or free throws or even handling in any way and since i practice like everyday, would it be recommended to practice on the same day i lifted weights. i just don’t want to lose any skills so i like practicing as much as i can instead of every other day or 4-5times a week. also, will lifting weigths stunt my growth?

1. Stretch (I tore my ACL last season in a tournament)
2. Jog get warm.
3. Suicides do as many as you could in 5 minutes.
4.freethrow after suicdies(to simulaate during a game how you are exhuiasted. if you miss two freethrows thats ten pushups.
5. inally you get moving with the bball just feel it make sure your comfterable with it.
6. layups on both sides then layups
7. if your playing center get used to the paint and 3 seconds.
8.if you’re playing outside then just shoot around.
9. do some dribiling drills.
10. by this time i promise you’d be exhuasted so to cool down jog aorund for about 10 minutes.
