    no, squatting 1/4 is actually more dangerous on the knees. squatting parallel or doing full squats is going to strengthen the knees. do your reseasrch.

    Squatting this low will put too much pressure on your knees. You’re gonna end up with knee problems sooner or later.

    Good lifting. Only thing I can say is usually for me personally I try to get 30-40reps total for an exercise. Given you were getting sets of 6 reps, you should do about 6 sets. 6/6 is a pretty common workout.

    i joined a local gym and it doesnt have many freeweights but on the leg press machine i do 400lbs (wich is the max on the machine) and i feel i can do more

    your leg strength is pretty good, whats your Vertical standstill?

    Are those your max squat weight?
    Because mine are a little lower, but my dumbbell lunges weight are about 95-100 lbs each hand for 10 rep. I was expecting yours to be much heavier
