Know any good basketball conditioning workouts to improve my skills on the court?

Gotta be more specific mate, theres alot of good things to do, but it depends on what you are trying to build up.

If you just want general advice though, I'll tell you what my coach always told us. Push yourself past the limit – always, you wont get anything from any excercise if you dont come out of it feeling like some part of your body is about to fall off. Your muscle doesn't start to actually breakdown and rebuild until you are feeling that "burn" so go there and beyond every time. Same with cardio conditioning… keep running till you fall over, just always make sure you keep hydrated too ;)

I would be happy to help you, but your question is contradictory. Do you want to improve fitness or skills? To build fitness, run short sprints with many changes of direction, plus lane slides or something that works on you moving in defensive stance as hard as you can.
To work on skills, you have to practice them with good form at game speed.

The more you run, the less tired you get on the court. I'd suggest a series of running excersises before and after you train.
