hi to be honest im really good a basketball, but i think i need to work on more… what are so good drills to do by myself? and i have been having some problem with my knees and stuff.. what are some good stretches?
I knew a dude that had problems with his knees playing ball. At the time he was just a little overweight. He said after he lost a few pounds his knees never bothered him again. I don't know if that was the true cause of his knees hurting… but he believes it was.

Well, just do regular stretches for your knees. For example, try not bend your knees and reach for your toes. In basketball you need to do a lot of jumping to out rebound, lay up or even dunk. So try to do squats, when going up on the squats jump, to get more out of the exercise. Ive tried many programs on how to increase my vertical jump, but the program on nolonghours.com is by the far the best of the ones i tried. A dude who is 5'5'' trained using this program, and can dunk now. I'm on the program now and can barely graze the rim. It's still exciting though! I get lazy though. You should definitely check it out. nolonghours.com
