My name is Melsun and i love to play basketball and i am 16 yrs old. my dream is to play in the nba. i play in alot of tournments and i work hard on my game. i am in the 9th grade. i want to know what workout can i do in my house to keep me in shape and to be the best i can be.
Leg strength is big – calf raises, lunges, and other things that can work on your explosiveness (gets you more hops and better speed when starting in a still position) can always help out – woring out the legs also helps you with boxing out and a couple other moves. Working on the arms can help you not have to put as much movement into your shot, making you a better hsooter.

a nice overall body workout is nice to get once a week, so just break up working on different body parts on each day of the week
