		<description>To improve your conditioning, do stadium stairs, run (do mile runs), and you can even do weight lifting (small weights). Some shooting drills would be to shoot the ball with one hand really close the basket and try to swoosh it. Every time you swoosh it step back a little until you reach the peak of your shooting range. This helps because it gets rid of your guide hand interfering with your shot. Play pick-up games at the gym too!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
