okay so i play basketball and almost all the girls are popular and there are all popular junior and seniors on the team. I mean im not a loser, but im not popular. but every-time that we have to do something like having parties for basketball, im so scared and quiet and scared to socialize. once we had a party and i was even scared to eat in front of them. and also we went to a restaurant with me my 2 friends and then like 5 seniors cause they had to give us ride home so they brought us out and i was scared. ANY SUGESTIONS?? and dont just say to talk up and stuff, cause there seniors and popular. its not that simple. THANKS!

I don’t know, something like that. I know at my school most popular people were real idiots, but some were cool and I got along with those kids.

People love being asked questions.
If you ask them stuff like…"what was it like when you guys were freshman?" or "what was your guys’ record?" They’ll think you’re opening up and being nice. A nice, easy way to start things.

you seem pretty scared and the only thing that can change that is smoking pot or getting buzzed, but that’s not going to happen. With that said, I say you should just be yourself and talk about what you like. If you all like playing basketball, then you all should be able to talk about basketball.

So…they’re seniors…and you point them out to be all popular? So if you’re scared, then you must think that they’re intimidating huh?
So people like that love to be asked questions, and sort of like ‘praise’ them I guess..
Ask them stuff like:
"Where’d you learn to get such a good crossover"
"Any good post moves?"
"In a one-on-one…"
"Damn you’re rollin’ like a big shot on the court"
