Our Super Mini-Gym is ideal for home exercise program. Young athletes can train fast to be fast in less time than other programs as there is no weights to set or release. Basketball, volleyball, and football athletes can use our optional leaper pads to simulate our Leaper exerciser, developing that all important leg power for the game. One will jump higher, quicker, run faster, and improve their vertical jump 6-10 inches in a few weeks by developing the white quick twitch muscle fiber. Athletes do dozens of reps of each exercise as the exerciser resistance always returns for the next rep as fast as one can work. More strength and power is developed because one can work either fast or slow speed of exercise. The user actually makes his own resistance with the exact same amount of effort they exert as its always automatic resistance.
