DUE TO A COPYRIGHT CLAIM my video was taken down!! In my email it said this::: “A copyright owner has claimed it owns some or all of the audio content in your video Dribbling drills: Two for the price of one. The audio content identified in your video is And I Love You by Rich Boy. We regret to inform you that your video has been blocked from playback due to a music rights issue.”
Then it goes on to say I can choose any song in their library of “OK” songs.. the songs in this collection are crap mostly.. just a collection of random songs, mostly from unheard of artists, wonder why..the whole thing is kind of ridiculous! SO, this is the song I chose from their list. Goes with the video better than most the others.

These two ball dribbling drills are basketball drills used in a workout by NBA Player Development Coach Don Kelbick.
Notice, he has the players MOVING with these ball handling drills. This is crucial to improving your basketball skills that apply to the game.
Too many of the videos out there show people doing all of this crazy stuff with the basketball while standing still. Honestly, how many times are you going to be standing still during a game?
I’m not saying stationary dribbling drills are bad. I think you should use them everyday as a 2 to 5 minute warm up.
Use these two ball dribbling and ball handling drills and it will help you a ton during the game!
